A premium coffee concept, roasted to light. We set out to find the space between rustic craft and cold minimalism, building an identity that feels elevated, warm, and unmistakably its own.
The brief we set ourselves
The category splits into two crowded camps: heavy rustic craft, or stripped-back minimalism. Neither felt like the brand we wanted to drink. The challenge was to build a coffee identity that reads premium and contemporary without leaning on either cliché.
It also had to hold together everywhere, from a bag on a shelf to a cup in someone's hand to a menu or a card, without ever repeating itself or losing its character.
Our approach
We built the system around a custom logomark drawn from the letterform “O” and a quiet star motif, a nod to discovery and to the small moment of pause coffee creates in an ordinary day.
The palette stays in coffee browns, copper, warm neutrals and soft creams, chosen to carry the sensory side of the craft: roast, aroma, warmth. Tactile materials and moody photography do the rest.

Nova Brew stands as a cohesive premium coffee identity: contemporary, inviting and recognisable across physical and digital touchpoints, with room to extend into retail. Luxury, roasted to light.
